Excellent Stay at Union Square!
hotel cleanliness friendly staff central location cozy decor
I was grateful for the hotel's cleanliness and well-kept condition. This really stood out. I found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout my visit, especially during check-in. I also appreciated the hotel's central location near Union Square, providing easy access to various attractions. Finally, the cozy room decor and fun atmosphere provided a pleasant touch, it felt great.

The fitness center has a variety of equipment. I observed treadmills and stationary bikes. A really great setup! There are also common areas with fireplaces which offer a warm and inviting atmosphere.

I appreciated the complimentary drinks at the restaurants. The hotel also provided umbrellas, useful. The room was spacious with a comfy bed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I am grateful for that!
The fridge in the room was a bit noisy. I had to unplug it.

The lobby features fireplaces and comfortable seating areas. Guests can find eco-friendly products in the rooms. Two complimentary bottles of water were available, a very nice touch, and I really appreciated having access to these amenities.

My room was wonderfully decorated. The staff was attentive and always available when I needed assistance. I enjoyed the convenient restaurant. I found such pleasure and comfort in every aspect.
The water pressure in the shower was lower than I prefer, but I still enjoyed my stay.
